Tracie Hutchins is the CEO and founder of the custom invitation and paper company known as Madame T Productions. During the six years that she has been in business, she has watched Madame T grow by leaps and bounds.

While first beginning to sell four different holiday designs to her family in 1997, she started to realize the mass potential behind her product and idea. Two years later, she relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, where she started her first job in a stationery store in their custom department. It was there that she gained the experience necessary to take Madame T Productions to the level it has reached today.

Very quickly , Tracie realized that what she was doing was different than what most other companies offered, and that there could be great potential for marketing her products nationwide.

In September, 2000, she decided to make Madame T Productions a full-time business. She started with the help of seven local stationery stores and no advertising. Friends and business associates soon began to see vast potential in her customized, original and very creative products. During her first, full holiday season, Tracie was barely able to keep up with just the first seven stationery stores.

From the high volume of sales during the holiday season of 2000, Tracie was able to attend the National New York Stationery Show in 2001, hoping to gain more retail locations across the U.S. Tracie's goal for the show was to obtain thirty new retail outlet locations. By 1:00 p.m., she had surpassed that goal. By the end of the convention, Madame T had been added to more than 100 retailers.
